it depends. I'm in 11th standard now passing hslc through state board

but if you're going to do something like doctor or something i kindly suggest cbse because state board usually have their own books or edited cbse books so what we're studying is not always the same. So after 12 I'll have to study cbse text again since they're base for various entrance exams but really it depends on you tho

As you have already done your previous education in cbse affiliated school it would be very difficult for you to manage it with state board. According to me you should not change you board and continue with the same!!
