Heya friend,

Yes, you can delete one account. It's not that difficult. You just need to contact a moderator, and tell them the reason why you wanna delete that account and they will delete your account.

But the problem is, you will need to message a moderator from the account you wanna delete. Because moderators can't believe anyone words like that :P

Or any other moderator, above name will delete your account at the spot.
