Question :- A rectangular room is 6 m long, 4.8 m wide and 3.5 metre high.Find the inner surface area of the four walls??

Answer :-

The area of four walls will be given by :-

2(length × height) + 2(width × height)

= 2(6m × 3.5m) + 2(4.8m × 3.5m)

= 2( 21^2) + 2(16.8m^2)

= 42m^2 + 33.6m^2

= 75.6m^2

The inner surface area of the four walls is

75.6m^2
