How can we make a portfolio for class 10 (cbse).Can any one list it down with a model?

porfolio means, all the work you have done throughout this year which includes homework, worksheets, question banks, sample papers etc. it would be nice if u have a cover page and an index. make sure you file all the papers you have and submit them.
