hi guys, I am having a little doubt that my answer is correct or not so, plz help

answer my question quickly as you can

3(2x + 1) is 36

simple equation chapter

3(2x +1 ) = 36
6x +3 = 36
6x = 36-3
x= 33/6
x= 5.5

$6x + 3 = 36 \\ 6x = 36 - 3 \\ 6x = 33 \\ x = 33 \div 6 \\ x = 5.5$
