Dont think negative and try to spend your time fruitfully. Spend time in playing as it affects our mind and body.

Well,this is a serious question.
Depression is one of those things which make you give up on life.
But remember,you can overcome it.
I know that this is the most sought reply for Depression-Meet a councillor.
But seriously,it helps. Councillors help us understand our issues. We get more comfortable in telling them our stuff,if any.Even more than our parents.
If you've already tried then think about what he/she has told you. Surely it must mean something,right?
And talking about self-harming,why do you event want to do that?
Will it make you succeed anything?
Will it tell you that everything will be alright?
Nah,it won't.Would it?
To stop thinking about this,you need to try positive things.
Like playing some outdoor sports and stuff.
Be an extrovert,and make friends!
Make a trust on someone,whom you can rely on,and tell your secrets about how you're feeling.
That's how friends help each other,right?
Look, there's no reason to be sad over something,when YOU know it won't give an answer to any solution.
