Air pressure goes on decreasing as we go higher up, so at high altitudes, the atmospheric pressure becomes less than the pressure exerted by the blood inside the body. This causes some of the blood vessels burst and the nose starts bleeding.

As the altitude increases the atmospheric pressure decrease. And the air becomes thinner and there will be very less oxygen at high altitude. So this cause the blood vessels to burst and nose starts bleeding due to less atmospheric pressure and our body exerts more pressure so blood vessels burst.
