Hi. I had a doubt regarding these two paragraphs given below. The first paragraph says 'energy of any electromagnetic radiation is proportional to its intensity and independent of its frequency or wavelength.' In the next paragraph the conclusion says 'The energy of radiation is proportional to its frequency (nu v) and is expressed...'. These two statements are contradicting each other. Is there an error in the book or am I failing to understand something. Please explain. Thank you in advance.
