Question

Hi.. i was just wondering why there is 24 hours and 365 days in a year . why cant there be 30 days in february or what happens when an hour is increased in a day..does it hurt? why cant there be 370 days or 13 months in a year? is there any reason for this? thanks :)

yes according to season's change there are only twelve months are suitable.
