We say:

•Je suis mauvais , Et toi?

Or:

•Je suis mal Et toi?

You don't actually say that you're bad with anyone in conversation. But, you can say “Not so good, and you?” or something like that in informal conversation.

In case of French, it will be “Je ne vais pas bien, et toi?”
