 \frac{ \sqrt{2x +3 h} -  \sqrt{2x}  }{2h}

Convert it :
 =  \frac{3h}{2h( \sqrt{2x + 3h}  +   \sqrt{2x} ) }

 =  \frac{3}{2 \sqrt{2x + 3h}  +  2 \sqrt{2x}  }

As 'h' tends to zero : the expression tends to :
 \frac{3}{4 \sqrt{2x} }
