Hydrostatic pressure does not depend on shape of the container.
It depends on:
1. Density of the liquid,
2.Acceleration due to gravity, and
3.Height of the liquid upto which it is filled.
hydrostatic pressure = ( Density) x g x h
so hydrostatic pressure will remain same in both the containers if height is same.
