ii) The Green Revolution introduced many modern agricultural methods in India. (i) Due to the use of HYV seeds, the yield is higher. (ii) Machines such as combine harvesters, tractors and threshers make farming and harvesting faster and easier. (iii) Higher yields allow farmers to sell excess food in the market and earn more.
