Hi.......Pls tell , which will have largest force of attraction: solid NaCl or wax with a proper reason

Answer:

NaCl will have the largest force of attraction.

Explanation:

Since the NaCl is held in a Crystal Lattice it's physical State is solid and the molecules are tightly packed. Whereas in Wax since it's physical state is semi solid it's force of attraction is smaller as compared to crystal of NaCl.
