a mole gives us the relation between atomic mass and gram atomic mass . that is mass of one mole or 6.022 ×10^23 number of atoms or molecules is equal to the gram atomic mass of that atom or molecule.

1 Mole of a matter is found out about 6.023×10^23 by a prominant scientist avogadro .
1st the mole is counted for 12g of carbon.
1 mole of a substance consist of atoms, molecules ,ions , subatomic particles etc.
elemental weight we see in periodic table is always found to be the avogadro's no.
No. of atomic particles present in elemental form is one mole
