answer can be FOR THE NEW GOVT.,CHANGES HAD CAME TO RAILWAY SYSTEM.AND PLATFORM TICKET RATES HAVE BEEN INCREASED.......

it is because of the government it has insreased the rate of tickets for the development of the railways....................
