Chandravali was one of the Gopis or gopikas who loves Lord Krishna

Explanation:

  • Of all the gopikas beloved of Krishna, Radha and Chandravali excel. In Vrindavan there were several hundred Gopis who were Krishna adherents. Two of the most devoted followers were amongs them. One of them was  Radha, who is "Prakriti Herself." And the second Gopi is Chandravali, the Partial Expansion of Prakriti.  Hence, Radha and Chandravali always compete with each other to be Krishna's love.
  • As per mythology , Chandravali,  is compared to a multitude of moons. The gopikas of Vrindavan had  formed 2 groups- one whose leader was Radha & the other group was led by Chandravalli.  Both the groups used to compete among themselves gain Krishna’s  love and companionship.
  • Radha is ever seen to be superior to Chandravalli in the sacred text. Chandravali and her friends are usually ridiculed and insulted like the outsiders of a secondary-school girls business, who often seem to be overdoing each other in meanness.
