Here's the answer:

Actually love is an intense feeling of deep affection towards a particular person. It's a physiological condition that probably every single human faces at some point of their life. It's a desire/wanting to be close to that person we love.

Often at puberty, teenagers do fall in love easily; this is due to the hormonal changes ( i.e. development of sex hormones) they face. Being a teenager, is one of the roughest phase of life. One experiences different types of emotions. Their life is completely messed up with pressure of studies, development of hormones, etc. Now everything is new for them. They start thinking that love will be an escape from their messed up lifes, and they start clinging towards that person unconsciously.
At this time, internet, social networking, romantic novels, movies, episodes plays a major part. They develop a rosy picture in their mind and start naming this as 'love' which is not actually love. This so called 'love' is actually an escape from their boring lifes, and their life problems.
Usually teens develop emotional feelings towards the person who gives them attention and starts attracting towards him/her; but in reality it's just a phase of their life (probably the toughest one).

Being unmature, teens start developing a feeling of love, as they haven't seen the real world yet. All they need is to understand themselves, and this natural feeling and don't stuck into things so seriously.
