Synopsis:

The story tells of three children James, Sally, and Mark, who decided to play a game of hide and seek and the incident that happened to change all their lives.

The Characters:

The story’s focus is on the flow of the incident in chronological order.

What we do learn is that Sally displays great kindness and a willingness to share. The parents in the story also display honesty and the willingness to let their children learn and be part of the decision making process.

The Plot:

The plot appeared to be a simple game of hide and seek but then the story took an unexpected turn and drew the readers in.

What I Liked About the Story:

I liked that the story unexpectedly turned out to be a mystery and not just a game.

What I Didn’t Like:

I felt that the story needed more content.

There was an unexpected twist in the story which made it that much more enjoyable for me. I also liked the way Sally dealt with her unexpected find.
