• 1. All social groups were not with the concept of Swaraj.
• 2. Congress had ignored dalits and depressed classes. They have fear of offending the conservative high class Hindu.
• 3. From 1920 Congress was mostly visible as Hindu dominating party so Muslim started keeping away from congress.
• 4. Mohammed Ali Jinnah demanded separate electorate for Muslim.
• 5. Muslim League was established in1920. It gave a vital blow to united struggle.
• 6. They didn’t participate in large number except of Nagpur region.
