hi ! :))

since 6ohm resistors are in parallel they'll give the net resistance as 3ohm (1/6+1/6 =3)

and the 10ohm resistors are in parallel as well and they will give the net resistance - 5ohm (1/10+1/10=5)

now

our circuit is simplified and if you'll look at the figure you can see it's a balanced wheatstone bridge! Hence we can neglect 8ohm

now

we'll see that the two resistor 5ohm and 3ohm are in series but parallel with the remaining two resistors

therefore,

both the resistors will have the value 8ohm each and now that these two are in parallel-

1/8 +1/8 = 2/8 =8/2 = 4ohm

hence the final net resistance is 4ohm
