Can someone please tell me the difference between outbreeding and outcrossing ?(class 12)

Crossbreeding is the deliberate crossing of horses ofdifferent breeds. My understanding:Outbreeding or Outcrossing is the mating between two individuals of a breed but different varieties/sub-varieties

Difference lies in between the breeds as in outbreeding mating occurs in between same breeds which are less related but in outcrossing,mating occurs in between different breeds i.e superior breed of male to another superior breed of female..
