there are many river in INDIA

they are uncountable

but seven are major rivers

Indus, Brahmaputra, Narmada, Tapi, Godavari, Krishna and Mahanadi

(2) YAMUNA

(3) BRAHMAPUTRA

(4) NARMADA

(5) CHAMBAL

(6) KAVERI

(7) BEAS RIVER

(8) TAPTI
