volume of tank = pie (1.4/2)^2 × 2.1

= pie 0.49 × 2.1

= 3.23

volume of water flowing per second = pie (3.5/200)^2 2

= 3.14 × 12.25/40000 × 2

= 0.0019

So time in which tank will be filled = 3.23/0.0019

= 1700 sec

= 28.3 minutes
