let x& x1 be a two complementary angle

According to question
x+x1=90.................... (1)
and
2x =3x1...................... (2)
now from equation 1.
x=90-x1...............(3)
now substitute the value of x in equation 2.
2 (90-x1)=3x1
180-2x1=3x1
180 =5x1
x1=36
now substitute the value of x in equation 1.
U will get 54.

hope it help u.
