Hello

-Ashu here

• Basicity

The term Basicity defines the total number of hydrogen which can be replaced by a base.

for example :-

As NaOH + HCl = NaCl + H_{2}O

So, There are totally One Hydrogen replaceable,

It also describes the total number of OH ions

• Basic Character

the basic character of a compound eyes and tendency of of giving more fastly or in a more vigorously way

for example :-

NH_{3}OH is weak base, so its basic character is very low or you can say that is so it's OH don't reduce easily,

whereas,

NaOH please strong base which character is very high or it can easily reduce its OH ions

Hope You get your answer Mate,

By the way,

The basicity of an acid is the number of H+ ions it can furnish in solution. Example: basicity of HCl is 1. Basicity of H3PO4 is 3. The basic character of a compound is its ability to act as a base
