Join AP and CQ.
Since P and Q are mid points therefore AQ = CP.
also AQ parallel to PC
i.e. APCQ is a parallelogram.
Similarly you can prove that QPCD is a parallelogram.
i.e. PQ is parallel to CD.
therefore by midpoint theorem in triangle ADB you can prove that PQ intersects BD at mid point.
