Given side = 'a' units.

(i)

We know that Height of an equilateral triangle = (Side)/2 * √3

⇒ (a)/2 * √3

⇒ (√3a)/2.

(ii)

Area of an equilateral = (1/2) * base * height

⇒ (1/2) * (a) * (√3a)/2

⇒ √3a^2/4.

Therefore,

The height of an equilateral triangle = √3a/2.

The Area of an equilateral triangle = √3a^2/4.

Hope this helps!
