Let ₹ x and ₹ y be the selling price of one bat and one ball.

Cost of 3 bats and 6 balls = ₹(3x+ 6y)

A.T.Q

3x + 6y = 3900 \\ \\ nd \: also \: cost \: of \: 1 \: bat \: and \: 2 \: balls \: = \\ \\ x + 2y = 1300
Given situation can be expressed as

3x + 6y = 3900 \\ \\ x + 2y = 130

Now , for graph you can see on attachment

points are - X - 1300 , 0 , 100

- Y - 0, 650 , 600

Thanks ♥️
