Elections are conducted in various manner according to the states that is the Vidya Sabha and Parishad which occurs in a direct election manner where the candidates are elected by the people of India to represent them in Legislative Assembly
:- Then these members elect the 12 nominated and highly respected persons to elect for the Rajya Sabha as well as the President and Vice - president of India.
:-Low Sabha or THE HOUSE OF PEOPLE are elected by the people of the India from the respective state the party which occupies the maximum seat , then that leader of the party who believe he can do it can become the PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA.
:-The election commissioner and other respective commissioners conduct these elections for 5 years.They are GENERAL ELECTION, MID-TERM ELECTION AND BY - POLL ELECTION.
