We know that,

${x}^{3} + {y}^{3} + {z}^{3} - 3xyz \\ = > (x + y + z)( {x}^{2} + {y}^{2} + {z}^{2} - xy - yz - zx)$

Putting x = -12, y= 7, z= 5

(-12)^3 +(7)^3 +(5)^3=3(-12)(7)(5) +(-12+7+5){(-12)^2+(7)^2+(5)^2-(-12)(7)-(5)(-12)}

=)3(-12)(7)(5)+ (0){(-12)^2+(7)^2+(5)^2-(-12)(7)-(7)(5)-(5)(-12)

=) 3(-12)(7)(5)

=) -1260
