There's a huge difference between client/server and peer-to-peer networks. For instance, a peer-to-peer network has no central server. Each workstation on the network shares its files equally with the others. ... Through client workstations, users can access most files, which are generally stored on the server.

(NOT FROM GOOGLE...OFFCOURSE)

PEER TO PEER and CLIENT-SERVER NETWORK both are types of architecture of a network .

Architecture is a very setup a network .

PEER TO PEER has no server whereas CLIENT-SERVER NETWORK have a server.

In peer to peer network information can be sent to any system whereas in client server network information cannot be sent to any system but has to go through the server to reach its destination .
