Mrs. Packletide was not a good shot.She only wanted to over show in front of Mrs. Loona Bimberton. She just because of jealousy wanted to shoot out a tiger. She also didn't know how to hold the gun. When she fired, her eyes were closed and the bullet hitted to the goat not to the tiger. Thus, Mrs.Packletide was not a good shot.
