Branches of physics are:

1.Mechanics:

It deals with motion of body,energy ,force applied on macro objects.

2.Thermodynamics :

It deals loss or gain of heat energy and how thermal energy converted to other forms.

3.Electricity:

It deals with current formed by charges. conversion of energy to forms like mechanical..etc.

4.Magnetism:

it is very much related to electricity.It also deal with charges forming magnetic fields.There are some other sub branch in it like electrostatics,EMI ect.

5.Optics:

it deals with the behaviour of light with other matter when they are interacted. In this light is always considered as a energy.

5.Modern physics:

name says modern physics but it's old .It deals with atoms,nuclei and there behaviour,energy.It is mostly deals with electronics side.

6.clasical physics :

it mostly deals with quantum particles it,is also know as quantum mechanics.It is still under development.

I know only these main branches,there are also some other branches which I don't know.
