It vanishes, so the eqn must equate to 0.
For this, log2logπ(x) must equate to 1 as loga(1)=0
This implies logπ(x) must equate to 2 as loga(a)=1
Hence logπ(x)=2 and x=π²

Final Answer : x = π^2 :

Steps:
1)
 log_{7}( log_{2}( log_{\pi}(x) ) )  = 0 \\  =  > ( log_{2}( log_{\pi}(x) ) ) =  {7}^{0} = 1  \\  =  >  log_{\pi}(x)  =  {2}^{1}  \\  =  > x =  {\pi}^{2}
