Role of philosophers --
Philosophers emerging from the middle class had a very important role to play. Philosophers like John Locke , Rousseu mobilised public opinion through their writing power in the form of books . They believed that no class should be given privilege by birth and that the country should be ruled by a constitutional monarchy. Their ideas were discussed actively in pubs , coffee houses and spread through newspapers etc.
