if ABCD is a square then apply by Pythagoras theorem

AB^2+Bc^2= AC^2

10^2+10^2=AC^2

10 root 2 is the length of Ac

according to phytagoras theorem

ac² = ab²+bc²

ac²= 10²+10²

ac²= 200

ac=√200

ac=10√2cm
