Let two parts be x and y so x+y=27. A2q, 1/x+1/y=3/20. After putting x+y=27 y=180/x putting y=180/x in eq x+y=27 x^2-27x+180 after solving x=15 & 12 these are two parts.

Hey mate....

here's the answer...

Let the 2 parts

be x and 27-x

A.T. Q.....

1/X+1/27-X =3/20

By LCM,

27-X+X/X(27-X) =3/20.

x^2-27x+180=0

x^2-12x-15x+180=0

So ,

x=12 or 15

when x=12 ,

second part =27-12=15

when x=15 ,

second part =27-15=12

Hence two parts = 12 and 15

Hope this helps❤
