why did the civil disobedience movement not attract the untouchables......... no spamming otherwise it will be reported......

1.Inclination of congress towards the conservative high caste hindus which isolated dalit from the movement.

2.Demand of dalit for separate electorate and reserved seats in educational institutions.
Since congress was unwilling to accept,so dalit stayed away from the movement.

so by these reasons they felt alienated.and didn't join the civil disobedience movement.
so its clear that Dalit participation was limited in the Civil Disobedience Movement.

I HAD WRITTEN 2 bcz I m dont remembering other..POINTS BUT IN EXAM U HAD TO MAKE 3 POINTS FOR 3 marks question.and this is really important question.
