I also had same problem
here's ur answer..
- wake up early morning
- do some regular exercise...
- doing sport at least once a week best way to reduce stress.
- even daily walk of 30 minutes can help reduce stress levels.
- do meditation ( it helps me lot)
- if any situation try to see the positive side
- listen to music
- watch TV or spend time with friend or family... that helps to reduce stress
