We need Parliaments due to following reasons :

• Parliament represents the People of India and their interests
• Being a Democratic Republic, we need to make laws according to the peoples' interest.
• The government formed is accountable and answerable to the people.
• Each MP represents approximately the same no. of people with voting rights of all the constituencies.
• It helps to administer the country in a democratic way.
• It encourages right to speech whether for or against the government and it's measures.
