HNO3+Ca(OH)2=Ca(NO3)2+H2O
=>LHS-
=>Hydrogen=3,Oxygen=5
=> RHS-
=>Hydrogen=2,Oxygen=7
So to balance,it becomes:
2HNO3+Ca(OH)2=Ca(NO3)2+2H2O
