What happens when-RBC'S are kept in concentrated salt solution

if RBCs are kept in concentrated salt solution then the cell will swell because concentrated salt solution is hypertonic solution and RBC is hypotonic solution ,the components of hypertonic solution will enter in the RBC due to the process of osmosis.

when we kept RBC' S in concentrated salt solution then they swell up.......
