This question is related to those who aim to be leader. Though here we are talking about any sport but the criterias will be nearly same for any team and any team leader. Now let's come back to our question.

• About the team ::

Here we will be choosing the sport to be Football. Football is really a good game which involves a good team cooperation. The team members should have faith and trust over each other. They should collaboratively help each other to improve each other's skills. Football basically has 14 members where 11 are playing and 3 are non playing that is substitutes.

• Methodologies which will be used to improve team performance ::

Team is not improved by hardwork of a single person instead for overall improvement in performance of a team, the whole development of team members is essential. The first step will be to check the skills of the members. We will conduct several tests like kicking, defence, attack,etc. and see which played is best in what. When we arrive to our conclusion that is result of test then we shall give them their position accordingly. After assigning them their position we shall check which player is good in cooperation and team management. The one which is good in these qualities shall be made the sub leader of that team style like leader for defence group, etc. Then on the basis of their playing style they must be given the chance in penalty shoots.

To improve performance of team, there shall be implementation of strict and good diet. Also there will be regular practice and warm ups. There shall be test matches, brief scrutiny in the playing performance of player and in overall performance of team.
