length of solid pipe = 4cm.
length = 14m = 1400cm.
diameter =4cm
therefore radius = 2cm
length of pipe = 1400cm
breadth =4cm
then its surface area = 5600cm^2
its volume =5600cm^3 ( if its thickness = inconsiderable or about 1cm)

weight of 1 cm^3= 0.25kg
weight of 5600cm^3= 5600×25/100
=56×25
=1400 rs.

it's best answer and correct also.
I'm sure please mark it as brainlist.
