it might not be accurate but I would like to keep my opinion
1) no universe is not concentrated in one direction according to me and it's expanding
2) if universe is expanding that would be follow up with increase in space
3) no it's not possible
4) I don't think for the existing of multiuniverse

This universe is a great place and have very mysterious things. This universe has some questions, which are unsolved till now. Scientists are trying to get the answers of Universe Questions. Some Scientists say that, Age of our universe is 13 Billion years. And, It was started by the Huge Explosion.
Here are answers of your interesting and curious Questions:
1) Is universe expand only in one direction?? But big bang may ours in all direction.
The answer to this question is NO. And, Because it is not confirmed 100%. Some scientists tell that This universe is at a one direction. While, Some Scientists say that, This universe is not in one direction it is spread all over directions. So, The Answer of this question will be might get in future.
2) If universe continues expanding then what happens to space it remains constant or increase.
This universe is Expanding and it will never stop. And, Interesting thing about our Matter is that It never finish. So, Universe will expand and will not Finish. It will remain increasing day to day. There will be affect of Expanding of Universe to our Earth also in Future.
3) Is it possible for whole universe to be concentrated on single point
No. Because, This universe is not a simple thing. It has Mass which can't be imagined. So, How can we get the all universe on the one concentrated point. Maybe it will be possible in future. Scientists may make some technology or technique for this in Future.
4) Is multi universe is possible??
Yes. Multi universe is possible but nobody knows about it. It is also a Mystery. In multi universe, There will be Aliens world like our universe has Humans world. So, The question of this answer is Directly yes. But has no complete reason.
