Width of River = 45 mtrs
Depth of River = 2 mtrs
Time for which water flowed = 1 minute.
Length of river per minute = 3 km/h
=> Length = 50 m/min.

so,
Volume of water running per Minute= L × B × H
Volume = 50 × 45 × 2
Volume = 4500  {m}^{3}.
