Undoubtedly conversation in English is an important factor to create learning environment in classroom. Conversational technique helps students get familiar with the basic and rudimentary recognition of the mechanics of the language. The exposure to the conversation, familiarizes the learners with the basic vocabulary, sentence structures, tone, pronunciation and intonation. However, it is not the only factor. There are many other factors such as the quality of the teacher, content, methodology, use of audio-video aids, etc.

Suppose we designate a person who is quite fluent in conversing in English with his students, but lacks effective, absorbing and engrossing learning techniques, he won’t be able to motivate his students to achieve learning objectives. Similarly he won’t be able to whet his students’ curiosity for learning.

In order to create a learning environment in the class the most important factor is the quality of a teacher. A great teacher with deep subject knowledge combined with scientific teaching methodology with enough catchy, interesting learning material will definitely be able to create an ideal learning environment in the classroom.

Hence, in conclusion it can be said that conversation in English is not the only important factor, there are many other factors also which if employed together can really create a learning conducive environment.

Acknowledging the student's psychological needs:

Students desire for love and belonging, security and order and freedom and novelty. However when these needs are addressed student's engagement increases effectively and therefore, learning increases.

2. Greeting students:

A teacher must greet its students everywhere they see. The students should feel no hesitation while greeting and talking to a teacher.

3. Organizing various activities and games in the classroom.

Games like Pictionary and board race helps in gaining student's attention. It helps them increase their vocabulary.
