Chapter two
A) Sailors when they sail in the water for many days suffer from some disorders like bleeding gums. Why do you think it happened ? Do you think they are missing something in their diet? What kind of food should they eat?
B) Some children of a particular country were shown in the TV as very thin specially hands and legs and a swollen stomach. What do you think these children are suffering from and why? Suggest what type of food can correct it?

A) Collect bits of fabrics. Identify them as natural fibres or artificial fibres. If natural write the source.
