8/9 CSA of WHOLE cone=CSA of SMALL cone
8/9*πRL= πrl
8/9RL= rl

Now we know:r/R= l/L= h/H using this we can solve the above question..
But there is a problem in this question!!

You have not provided us with radius of cone or slant height,, something must be provided to get a numerical answer,, otherwise integral answer will be obtained..
